Technical Director (Game Project)

We're looking for a Technical Director to work on one of our flagship projects. You will lead a strong team of programmers and be responsible for the product's technical development.

This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).
Tasks
1. Building a strong development team: responsibility for hiring, guiding, training, and developing leading programmers.
2. Forming and implementing a strategy for the technical development of a mobile gaming project.
3. Analyzing the efficiency of existing technologies and tools in all product-related areas and improving them.
4. Analyzing the efficiency and relevance of development processes and improving them.
5. Disseminating information between development teams and product-related teams.
6. Interacting with various company divisions and other projects.
Our stack
The primary development language for our game projects is C++. We use C++17 and Boost. For one-time tasks, we use Lua and Python. We use our own engine, which we are constantly refining to better suit our game projects' demands.
Requirements
1. 2+ years of experience as a Technical Director or CTO.
2. Strong technical background with large/complex projects running on an in-house engine or Unity/Unreal.
3. Extensive C++ programming experience.
4. Development/maintenance of an in-house engine or complex projects on Unity/Unreal/CryEngine.
5. Experience developing, motivating, and hiring senior programmers.
6. Technical supervision of a team of 10+ programmers.
