UEnsure accuracy of estimated food consumption for appropriate requisitions and / or food purchaseQualificationsThe Ideal Candidate:To be successful in this role, the right candidate should preferably have extensive experience working in a pastry section.Previous Management experience where you were responsible for delivering and developing an offer to meet customer needs and tastesPrevious experience as a pastry head chef with responsibility for food production and labour managementRecognised culinary or kitchen management qualification.
