In this role, you will:
* Actively participate in the tender/bid process across both CSA and MEP packages—from initial tender documentation through analysis and reporting.
* Analyse CSA and MEP tenders to ensure client value for money, identifying risks and opportunities in both disciplines.
* Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including handling claims, ensuring the client receives the best value across all construction elements.
* Develop accurate estimates and cost plans for key client developments, considering the complexities of both CSA and MEP scopes.
* Oversee project spend by preparing valuations and cost reports, clearly communicating cost variations for CSA and MEP works.
* Provide robust cost documentation to support agile project management and informed decision-making.
* Assist in resolving construction disputes, loss, and expense claims across CSA and MEP disciplines with transparency and professionalism.
We would love to hear from you if you:
* Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on projects covering both CSA and MEP.
* Hold a degree or comparable experience in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related discipline.
* Are chartered or working towards chartership – we can support your journey.
