Job Summary:
A creative and experienced Sous Chef is needed in Dublin 22 to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage Daily Operations:
Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen tasks and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
Food Preparation:
Supervise food presentation to meet quality and consistency standards.
Team Management:
Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Inventory and Supplies:
Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain kitchen efficiency.
Compliance and Innovation:
E nsure compliance with health and safety regulations and develop new menu items.
Ideal Candidate:
Good English communication skills
Positive attitude and good personality
Valid work permit required
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Creative and passionate about culinary arts
