BAR MANAGER
A thriving local community-based stand-alone bar situated in a near City Centre location is seeking a Bar Manager to oversee and manage the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess staffing requirements and recruit staff when needed.
* Train and coach staff.
* Prepare and implement standard operating procedures.
* Manage staff performance in accordance with established standards and procedures.
* Evaluate and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* Past experience working in a similar role.
* In-depth working knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Experience in staff management and development.
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
* Experience in analysing financial and product reports.
