Position Overview
The PX Coordinator role is an entry level role, reporting to the PX Manager. This role provides collaborative contributions to training and support initiatives. The PX Coordinator is a highly motivated and technical individual capable of learning dTIMS quickly to minimize Time to Value (TtV). The ability to troubleshoot support issues is a major metric for this role. This ability comes from a more advanced knowledge of dTIMS products through onboarding and career path training, the candidate will progress to the PX Analyst Role where training delivery and L2 technical support will be required.
Job Expectations
Become proficient in the dTIMS product suite.
Provide training support for trainers through slide presentations, videos and more.
Provide internal training sessions (knowledge shares) with PX team.
Provide Level I support for dTIMS products.
Understand Business, Functional, and System Design Documentation to meet Training & Support requirements.
Attend necessary cross functional team meetings.
Provide Software Release Documentation support.
Support facilitation of User Acceptance Testing material.
Be a lifelong learner and develop your skills continuously
Key Responsibility
Deliver Onsite or Virtual Training.
Creation and modification of training powerpoints and elearning.
Generate requested Thinkific reports.
Ability to administer users on Thinkific Create a Support Portal Thinglink interaction and interactive eLearning course Zendesk L1 support for one product
Create dTIMS Generic tutorials from actual client use cases
Support UAT Testing Training Identified in Career Path
