Operations/Accounts Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations/Accounts Manager to lead our day-to-day operations, manage team schedules, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the operations team to ensure smooth running of daily tasks
* Ensure IT/Engineering teams are processing IT ticketing system efficiently
* Build and maintain strong client relations through excellent communication skills
* Implement best practices in workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
* Oversee sales & purchasing invoicing, bank reconciliations, revenue, payroll processing, month/year end financials
Requirements:
* Experience working in a similar management/operational role is essential
* Proficient with MS Office, CRM systems, and accounting systems (e.g. SAGE)
* Strong customer service and people skills
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time efficiently
* Strong communication and leadership skills
