I am recruiting for a Customer Service Representative based in Galway on behalf of our client, a leading industrial distributor based in Europe, supplying products to customers nationwide.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and delivering essential services and products to a growing client base and will be an experienced customer support professional capable of building long-term customer relationships while collaborating with internal teams to provide outstanding service. The role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a hybrid working option available after the training period and standard business hours.
Responsibilities:
1. Build strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
2. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
3. Handle customer requests and inquiries efficiently via phone, email, and web.
4. Identify potential service improvements and contribute to their implementation when relevant.
Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
2. Experience working with multinational organizations is a plus.
3. Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
4. Flexible and proactive attitude.
5. Open to embracing new ideas and initiatives.
6. Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.
7. ERP experience is desirable.
