Due to ongoing expansion and investment, they are seeking an Estimating Manager to join their team in their head office in Dublin to work on new pharmaceutical and Data Centre projects across Ireland and the UK.
Working from home is available.

The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Manage estimators and delegate team workload.
* Conduct in-depth reviews of tender documents, drawings, specifications, schedules, etc.
* Perform accurate quantity take-offs and mark up measured drawings.
* Request, manage and evaluate supplier and sub-contractor quotations.
* Issue tender queries and RFIs.
* Prepare costed bill of quantities.
* Prepare tender reports, tender pricing schedules and other tender return documents.
* Attend meetings and site visits when required.
* Adhere to tender return deadlines.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams.
Requirements
* M&E Estimating Experience.
* Strong computer skills, especially in the use of MS Office.
* Ability to interpret drawings and specifications, perform accurate take-offs, and prepare detailed BOQs.
