The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in a conference and event management role prior, ideally within a 4-star property or similar setting.
* Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
* Quality and standards orientated.
* Attention to detail, highly motivated and ambitious.
* Active Relationships - Able to communicate fluently and concisely with their team and senior management.
* Flexibility to work weekends when appropriate.
Responsibilities
* Plan, organise, and oversee conferences, meetings, and corporate events.
* Collaborate with clients to ensure their requirements are met with excellence.
* Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless event execution.
* Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
* Maintain high standards of service in line with the property's reputation.
* Organize event meetings, both during the day and after.
