As Communications Generalist, you will assist the sustainability manager in the organisation with the creation of internal and external content, events management and local communication initiatives with key stakeholders.Your Job – your tasks will include but not limited to:Review communication strategy and yearly communication plansWork with the sustainability Manager to create, schedule and post content to our social media channelsCreate and update the content on our Intranet, smart screens and office screens.Design and develop Presentation material for both internal and external communications.Work with the sustainability manager to create and manage internal and external events.Manage ad hoc communications with the surroundings community eg. Local newsletter information and advertisementsUse initiative and innovative thinking to create fresh ideas for both internal and external communications with various audiences.Your profile – your characteristics, knowledge, skills:Work effectively as a communication generalist, building strong relationships across the organisation, operating in a flexible and collaborative manner.Creative Ability – You have the ability to create effective communication for both internal and external stakeholders.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proactive, with a ‘can-do’ approach and the ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.Honest & Ethical & confidential – Valuing integrity and honesty as a core personal value.Experience & Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years in a similar role.Experience of working in a regulated industry.
