As a Talent Coordinator at Squarespace, you will play a key role in supporting the success of our hiring goals in Europe and beyond. You will schedule a high volume of interviews for teams around the world, working with Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver a seamless experience to both candidates and hiring teams. We are looking for someone with an aptitude for organisation and process and communicates effectively as the face of the company to candidates.
This is a hybrid role based in our Dublin office, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite. You will report to the Team Lead, Talent Coordinator.
You'll Get To…
* Coordinate: Manage a high volume of video, phone, and onsite interviews for a diverse set of candidates across multiple time zones.
* Champion: Ensure data integrity within our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and interview scheduling tool (candidate.FYI).
* Collaborate: Work closely with other Talent Coordinators to manage recurring tasks and projects, such as interviewer calibration.
* Connect: Build strong relationships with teams across the company to support seamless hiring processes.
* Enhance: Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience from the first interview schedule to offer.
* Innovate: Brainstorm creative ways to attract and engage diverse talent.
* Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with key tasks, including audit and compliance, documentation, and process improvements.
