Business Development Executive
Our client is a medical device engineering company offering a range of development and manufacturing services from initial design assessment, through to the provision of sterile finished product for the European and US medical device market.
Responsibilities:
* Win new business for our manufacturing plants in Ireland and North America.
* Research and identify target customers.
* Prospect, generate leads and create nurture campaigns.
* Qualify inbound enquiries and develop into sales opportunities.
* Run end-to-end sales processes from initial contact to close of deal.
* Collaborate with key internal stakeholders for deliverability, capacity and costings.
* Attend meetings and build relationships with prospects.
* Maintain data hygiene via our Sales CRM, Hubspot.
* Stay up-to-date with new company products and industry trends.
* Prepare quotations for customers and tailored follow-ups.
* Review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
* Deliver presentations and provide facility tours to prospective customers.
* Meet sales targets and achieve KPIs.
* Travel to Europe or the US for approximately 2 days once a month.
* Perform other duties assigned by their Manager.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Engineering or similar discipline preferred.
* Minimum 5 years sales experience ideally with a manufacturing/production type company.
* This is a hunting role for new business, not account management position. Must have outbound sales hunting background.
