Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer
The AWS Support team is seeking engineers that enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and that have backgrounds from a variety of different fields. Key Responsibilities:
* Learn and use groundbreaking technologies
* Respond to customer's technical inquiries via phone, chat and email
* Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events
* Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams
About This Role:
Cloud Support Engineer (CSE) provides technical support to customers using AWS services. The CSE supports multiple AWS services based on their assigned profile. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, providing guidance, trouble shooting, interacting with global top engineers, collaborating with development teams, providing feedback to internal AWS teams, improving customer support processes, and contributing to AWS's customer community through tutorials and blog posts.
Profile Divisions:
The support team allocates candidates to the most appropriate profile based on their skills and interests. New joiners can learn various tech knowledge and skills through an onboarding process.

Location:
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of our Dublin location.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
* Experience in software development or technical support
