Job Summary
We are seeking a well-organised Payroll professional with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail to join our client's established team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a high volume of employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process high-volume weekly timesheets from multiple sources.
* Support with monthly payroll when and where required.
* Respond to ad hoc payroll queries from contractors and internal stakeholders.
* Liaise with external payroll providers and other members of the Finance team as required.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payroll transactions.
* Manage the Payroll inbox efficiently.
About You:
We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience working with ROI & UK payroll. The ideal candidate will have proven experience processing high-volume weekly payroll. An IPASS qualification is desirable but not essential.
You should have strong proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace, excellent systems knowledge, and the ability to adapt to new software. Fluency in written and spoken English is also essential.
As a highly organised and process-driven individual with strong attention to detail, you will excel in this role. Excellent administration and communication skills are also necessary, as well as the ability to work independently as part of a strong team player.
