Our client is a privately held investment company and looking to hire an operational executive to drive performance improvements, optimise processes, and enhance business efficiencies across different sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee portfolio companies, driving operational efficiency and strategic execution.
2. Work closely with business unit leaders and executive teams to identify challenges, streamline processes, and execute transformation initiatives.
3. Lead cross-functional teams to improve supply chain, production planning, and financial forecasting.
4. Support the board and senior stakeholders in performance tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
5. Drive growth, profitability, and innovation within the companies under your remit.
Key Requirements
1. 4+ years of experience in an operational role ideally within a PLC or a similar high-performance environment.
2. Strong expertise in operational strategy.
3. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, making data-driven decisions.
4. Experience in a Private Equity-style operational role is highly advantageous.
5. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
