We are recruiting a Transition Operations Manager to join the team located in Ireland.
This role is part of the wider Ireland Enterprise Platform team who support existing Enterprise Accounts as well as supporting IFM new business opportunities for the most competitive and value-driven Integrated Facilities Management solutions in the marketplace across Enterprise Accounts.
Purpose of the Job
Providing operational expertise and management to support transition activities through leading the FM operations technical due diligence, mobilisation, and stabilisation of all new Enterprise IFM accounts as well as supporting existing accounts achieve their financial and operational commitments.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and analyse client’s RFP data such as portfolio information, scope, asset data, work order data, service levels, client baseline spend, and strategic vision to determine appropriate service delivery model and maximize the value proposition to meet expectations; develop clarifying questions as needed.
* Conduct client site tours and collect existing information on the portfolio such as purpose of the business, building data, scope determination, current organization/staffing levels, service levels, current operating spend, and building condition assessments.
* Lead the FM functional task activities when transitioning new client accounts or expansion/transformation of existing accounts - this transition function will be a component of a broader transition project team working together to onboard a new client account.
* Support opportunities for the strategic development of contracts to deliver increased turnover and profitability. Promote additional services, projects, and contracts for renewal.
* Assist with business policies and processes to be effectively communicated and implemented within contracts.
* Promote healthy and safe working conditions across both CBRE and subcontractor activities.
* Strategically advise for optimum staffing structures to operate across contracts, balancing cost reduction with the delivery of service excellence.
* Support contracts with tools to ensure staffed by fully competent teams ensuring post holders are fully competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
* Work with other operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective teamworking, and support to colleagues.
* Support financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, reduction of WIP, debt, cost reduction, and contract growth, and ensure that these are met and exceeded.
* Ensure a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.
* Promote and maintain the core values of CBRE.
* Support effective business communication through advice, review, leadership, and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting, and other publications, as appropriate.
* Support the sales process through solutions development, participation in presentations and consultation meetings, hosting visits, and support to mobilisation as required on new contracts.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Proven track record within the facilities management industry.
* Proven track record in operational roles.
* An engineering qualification is preferable.
* Managerial experience within technical and/or hard services is essential.
* The development and review of teams, appraisal, and the application of effective people management practice.
* Excellent motivational and influencing skills, with high levels of personal integrity.
* Incumbents must be self-starters, confident, and composed.
* Organised, able to prioritise and deliver within high-pressure, business-critical environments.
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical delivery for client satisfaction.
