Job Description:
The Revenue Manager is a key position responsible for implementing revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices to identify new revenue opportunities. The successful candidate will oversee the hotel's revenue management and distribution strategy, manage day-to-day yield operations, and analyze overall monthly hotel performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel
* Manage day-to-day yield operations, including daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments, and reporting
* Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends
* Assist with the maintenance of 24-36 month rolling demand calendar
* Create and develop pricing strategies for the hotel
* Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons
* Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies
* Ensure website booking process is maintained, fully up-to-date, and functional
* Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management experience
* 4* hotel experience
* Revenue experience within a hotel with a minimum of 80 rooms or more
* Experience of a city hotel market
* Strong command of both written and spoken English
* Must be EU Citizen or in possession of an unrestrictive visa for EU
* Highly computer literate with a high-level command of Excel
* Knowledgeable of hotel technology; PMS, Channel Manager, RMS, GDS, CDS, Extranets
