Accounts Assistant - A Key Role in Our Finance Function
We are excited to partner with a services industry based in Bangor to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced accounts professional to join our busy finance function as we continue to grow and expand.
The Role
As the successful Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Bank Reconciliation: Ensuring accuracy and completeness of bank statements and reconciliations.
* Petty Cash Management: Handling petty cash transactions and maintaining records.
* Staff Expenses Processing: Managing employee expenses and preparing related documentation.
* Producing Monthly Journals: Preparing and processing monthly journals.
* Month End Routines: Assisting with month-end routines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
The Person
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience working in a finance function.
* Excellent Excel skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage own workload and priorities.
