Job Title: SAP FICO Analyst
Morgan McKinley is supporting a large ERP transformation project in Cork, seeking an experienced SAP FICO Analyst for an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
* Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the successful timely delivery of the project blueprint, ensuring it meets functional (vertical) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Sector/Corporate (horizontal) needs.
* Assess and recommend Volume/Cost of Goods Sold (Cogs) Planning processes.
* Validate the successful build of complex Cogs processes, including cause of change, cost/foreign exchange (fx) for actual, plan, forecast, and year-over-year reporting, minimizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for business users.
* Lead project execution activities on the FP&A business side to deliver successful build, test, demonstrate, document, and train on each sprint.
* Serve as primary contact for Business Planning teams in centre and plants during this transformational change, leveraging excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills throughout.
* Lead the development, test, and roll-out of planning model reports meeting the project goal of zero-touch, visual, and relevant in partnership with IT, Cogs, and Procurement.
* Identify and support the management of change impacts.
Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate to and influence coworkers across various departments and levels of the organization.
* Expert systems experience in SAP-FICO, Master Data, BPC planning and reporting, and linkages between models.
* Strong functional knowledge of financial planning models, including Cogs/Volume and Reporting processes, to fully capture and understand business planning needs.
* Effective stakeholder management and leadership skills to influence diverse audiences at all levels, ensuring project delivery with speed, quality, and alignment to the vision.
* Able to operate autonomously and proactively to deliver the project from start to finish in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and as part of a remote cross-functional team.
* Strong project execution skills to capture requirements, build test scripts, test methodically against, lead demos with key business users throughout each sprint, and deliver a high-quality blueprint meeting business expectations and aligning with the vision.
