There will be a significant emphasis on Generative AI, providing you with foundational knowledge about its workings and practical applications in daily business tasks.This opportunity is ideal for an aspiring individual to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding professional services environment where process redesign and technology are poised to drive substantial disruption over the next decade.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Digital Transformation team in the deployment and adoption of new software solutions, including working with vendors, supporting proof of concepts, coordinating projects, and delivering training.Assisting our lawyers in their use of our existing legal tech solutions, proactively identifying and promoting opportunities to use technology to solve problems and encouraging innovative uses across the firm.Becoming an SME for key products and solutions, assisting with training, configuration or further customization to ensure successful rollout and adoption across the firm.Providing ongoing collaborative and proactive support to lawyers on certain key products and tools to ensure any questions or issues are resolved swiftly.Championing and fostering a culture of innovation, excellence and continuous improvement within the Legal Tech and Innovation Services and Digital Transformation teams and the firm more broadly.Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseEssential:Bachelor’s degree or higher required (preferred in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, Law).2 years’ + applicable experience.Strong working knowledge of MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Teams).Experience interacting with and supporting users of business applications.Experience working with a business team to understand and document processes and business requirements.Experience in delivering work within a formal project management methodology.Preferred:Certifications in Project management (e.g. Prince, PMP), Process Reengineering (e.g. Lean Six Sigma), agile delivery methods (certified Scrum Master), or Change Management methodologies.Experience in configuring and testing process workflows in cloud-based productivity tools (e.g. SharePoint, HighQ, MS Power Suite) to meet requirements.Experience in developing and delivering user training materials.Experience of supporting the deployment of technology solutions into a business organisation.An understanding of how Generative AI works, and experience in applying Generative AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) to achieve useful outcomes (especially in a business context).Desirable:Familiarity with the challenges affecting law firms and the changing legal services market.Familiarity with how legal work is delivered.Familiarity with the legal tech landscape.BenefitsYour employee benefits will include: Very Competitive SalaryDiscretionary annual performance bonus schemeAttractive annual leave allowance - 25 daysPension SchemeTaxSaver and Bike to Work schemeOnsite gym and wellness programmeSubsidised restaurantHealthcare
