Spirit Motor Group – Polestar Specialist
Spirit Motor group is seeking a Product Specialist for the Polestar brand. Polestar, the premium Swedish electric performance brand offers the most innovative and exciting range of electric vehicles in Ireland. Working from our new minimalistic space in Sandyford, Dublin our exclusive team of Product Specialists are the frontline brand advocates for the full Polestar vehicle range. Here’s what the role is all about;
What you will be doing?
Working as part of the Polestar team, you will make sure that visitors get inspiration and support to learn about Polestar from the moment they walk into the Space. Polestar is busy creating the most innovative electric vehicles ever made, and you will help deliver an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience. You will also:
1. Provide a tailored experience based upon guests’ specific interests and agenda
2. Educate and inspire guests by answering their questions
3. Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting vehicle and services that Polestar offers
4. Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers
5. Schedule test drives and follow up on the customers by walking them through the purchasing process
6. Act as a role model of Polestar’s culture and behaviours

Your Experience
To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Polestar brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to sustainability. Experience in the automotive industry is not essential for this role, but you must have:
1. A minimum of 6 months experience working in a progressive, customer or client-oriented retail environment
2. Experience working in retail environments with strong branded experiences, drama, public speaking, teaching, sales, event planning or customer care will be positively considered
3. Fluent in both written and spoken English
This role will require a valid full clean driving licence, an acceptable safe driving record, and the ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays.
You must be fully authorised to live and work in Ireland, either Irish or EU Citizenship or hold a full valid unrestricted work permit.
