ROLE DESCRIPTION
HOMS Assist is looking for an exceptionally talented New Qualified Solicitor to join our growing team, helping us to transform people's toughest challenges into better outcomes. This is a key position that requires an agile, hands-on collaborator who loves people. This is a role is for an ambitious solicitor who will work on a wide variety of probate matters, including wills, estates and trusts. IN A NUTSHELL
* Grow to manage a diverse caseload of probate matters, including wills, estates, and trusts.
* Under the guidance of a senior solicitor, provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout the probate process.
* Draft and review legal documents related to probate and estate planning.
* Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth administration of estates.
* Stay updated with the latest legal developments in probate law.
REQUIREMENTS
* Newly-qualified solicitor in Ireland
* Seeking to practice in the area of probate
* Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.
* High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Ambitious, proactive and have strong commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
