As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in examining, improving, and optimizing business processes and systems to align with the organization’s strategic and commercial objectives. Main Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather and translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
2. Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimized business processes. Develop and implement new procedures and process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
3. Project Delivery: Actively participate in transformational projects such as new Point of Sale and CMS implementation, collaborating closely with project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align requirements, monitor progress, and communicate updates. Support the creation of process maps, training plans, and documentation to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all business requirements and process flows meet high-quality standards and are tested thoroughly before implementation.
6. Continuous Improvement: Drive customer-focused solutions by identifying opportunities for innovation and process enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience & Skills:
1. 3–5 years’ experience in a business/process analysis role.
2. Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
3. Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Visio, and workflow management platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
4. Experience in Agile methodologies, change management and project delivery is an advantage.
2. Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, IT, or a related field.
2. Formal training or certification in Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Process Management is desirable.
