Description
Scurri optimises the ordering, shipping and delivery processes for a growing list of online retailers and distribution companies. We make it easier for well known brands to ship goods to their customers around the world.
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join the growing Scurri team. Reporting to the Principal Product Manager, the successful applicant will play a critical role in the development and management of our products and thereby our commercial success.
It is anticipated that applicants will have 3 years+ Product Management experience within the SaaS industry and a track record of successfully contributing to the product process in a fast moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Translating business strategy and goals into product strategy
* Owning and developing an outcome-driven product roadmap
* Executing product strategy
* Coordinating Engineering Managers and Squads effectively to align technical execution with product goals and business deadlines
* Drive actions throughout the organisation in order to deliver - collaborate with customer success, sales, marketing and engineering.
* Plan and deliver successful outcomes for your product:
* Conduct research to understand user/market needs/pain points
* Provide insight to key stakeholders on the product and market
* Identify commercially viable opportunities and key differentiators
* Define and track performance metrics to make informed decisions and improvements
* Develop strong relationships throughout the business to facilitate successful go-to-market, adoption and retention
* Manage all aspects of in-life products including customer feedback, requirements and issues. Support the Principal Product Manager with ad hoc projects, best practices and team outputs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Recognised and appropriate Third Level qualification (preferably a Masters in Product Management, Computer Science, Design or similar)
* 3+ years experience in an Agile or Lean environment working with development squads
* Demonstrable experience of leading engineers, designers and other cross functional teams
* Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
* Thrive on complexity and can translate technical detail into simple terms
* Technical enough to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product decisions
* Ability to prioritise and focus (despite often conflicting demands and shifting priorities)
* Ability to travel freely and flexibly within EU and beyond
* Driving licence required
