ENERCON are now recruiting for an Electrical Wind Turbine Technician to be based in Enniscorthy, County Wexford.
As a Wind Turbine Technician, you will be responsible for:
* Service, maintenance, and repair of ENERCON wind turbines.
* Responsible for a variety of state of the art electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
* Fault finding and reporting on mechanical and electrical equipment.
* Adhering to site rules, policy, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
* Adhering to Wind Turbine Safety rules and guidelines, completing all the required documentation and reporting.
* Working to the highest safety and environmental standards.
* Responsible for completing all computerized documentation.
* Weekend emergency call out service and late shift work involved (Rotation).
Job requirements
* You are a qualified Electrician or have completed a level 7 Electrical Engineering Degree.
* Living less than 30 minutes’ drive from base location.
* Good level of personal fitness and able to pass a Working at Heights Medical (Chester step test).
* Full Irish B Driving Licence.
* Valid Safe Pass Card.
* Flexibility and high mobility required - willingness to travel to meet the company's requirements.
