Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist
Location: Lurganboy, Donegal
Overall Purpose of the Job:
You will assist and take ownership in delivering high-quality facilities management services, ensuring a safe, comfortable, productive, and cost-effective environment for the business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Carry out various technical duties to cover mechanical, electrical, and general building fabric maintenance, including some general operative tasks.
* Complete planned preventative maintenance on all equipment under our control as per the Plant CMMS / WorldFM system.
* Proactively identify and remedy equipment maintenance issues to maximise equipment uptime.
* Servicing of electrical, mechanical, and non-technical equipment.
* Liaise with the help desk/Engineering Manager and respond to all non-technical and technical queries on time to ensure conformance with the relevant Service Level Agreement.
* Fault resolution and repairs to broken down equipment.
* Assist subcontractors as required.
* Maintain appropriate records in line with requirements.
* Assist in the installation of new plant and equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Educated to Electrical Senior Trades or Diploma level in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Experience in Utilities/Facilities, formal training/certification in any of the above areas.
* At least 3 years relevant experience.
* Basic computer knowledge is essential.
Working Pattern: Monday-Sunday, Night Shifts (7 pm - 7 am)
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
