As part of our ongoing fleet and organisational expansion, we now have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our Finance team. The role presents an opportunity to develop a successful and rewarding career and gain significant exposure at all levels across the full breadth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Various daily and monthly administrative duties across the Finance function.
* Support and assist the Finance function with monthly reconciliations and month end duties and other ad hoc tasks as required.
* Support and assist the Finance function with preparation of reports for SOx, internal and external audits, liaising with auditors as appropriate.
* From time to time, support and assist the Accounts Payable function, setting up suppliers on the Accounts Payable system, completing call backs and setting up invoices for payment.
* Supporting group wide projects where the need arises.
* Assisting in the development and automation of systems and processes.
* Supporting the coordination of IT improvements for the function, including rolling upgrades to several systems for the function, involving cross department communication and project involvement.
* Assistance with various projects/ad hoc tasks as required.
* Assist the team with any additional duties that may arise.

Ability to collate information and ability to present information well.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a structured control and SOX environment.
Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
Basic accounting knowledge desirable
