Job Description
We are seeking an adaptable individual for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Schedule of Key Responsibilities and Activities:
* Scheduling service tasks for a team of engineers.
* Liaising with engineers to ensure response times are adhered to.
* Dealing with customer queries efficiently.
* Managing client accounts.
* Liaising with internal departments to resolve daily issues.
* Report writing.
* Handling high volumes of phone calls.
Role Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
* High level of computer literacy, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Experience with SAP is advantageous.
* Experience in the Healthcare sector would be beneficial.
