About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Change Manager to join our People Consulting Team.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop strategic training and change management plans aligned with client/organisational goals and best practices.
* Experience in the full project lifecycle, from concept through to implementation.
* Provide support in all areas of organisational design; change management, culture, leadership/team effectiveness and support for other strategic initiatives.
* Design and customise training and change management programmes, workshops, and materials tailored to client needs.
* Experience in the end-to-end project management of training and change programmes for clients.
* Lead the development of project plans including defining the scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
* Create and maintain project governance, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful completion of projects.
* Incorporate innovative learning and change methodologies and technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
* Implement programme evaluation frameworks/mechanisms to assess the impact and effectiveness of training and change initiatives.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Play an active role in growing our business by identifying potential business opportunities.
