Exciting opportunity to join an international fintech company growing its FX Sales team in Dublin.
As the Head of FX Sales, you will lead a small team of Sales Executives, driving the business development efforts across FX and Trade Finance to domestic and European business clients.
This is a Dublin based, onsite role, with one of Europe's fastest growing fintech's.

Responsibilities:Build on the success of our prevailing business development strategy, implementing change and enhancement where appropriate.Lead and mentor a team of five sales executives.Proactively source new business clients, ensuring smooth onboarding.Provide accurate performance metrics and forecasts.Ensure adherence to company's sales policies, methodology and processes.Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.Requirements:Proven experience in FX sales management.Skilled negotiator, capable of building and leveraging relationships with senior-level SMB customers.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A minimum of 10 years' experience in a relevant sales role.
Existing client network is advantageous.Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members.
