Exciting opportunity to join an international fintech company growing its FX Sales team in Dublin. As the Head of FX Sales, you will lead a small team of Sales Executives, driving the business development efforts across FX and Trade Finance to domestic and European business clients. This is a Dublin based, onsite role, with one of Europe’s fastest growing fintech’s. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes a market-leading, uncapped commission structure.
Responsibilities:
* Build on the success of our prevailing business development strategy, implementing change and enhancement where appropriate.
* Lead and mentor a team of five sales executives.
* Proactively source new business clients, ensuring smooth onboarding.
* Provide accurate performance metrics and forecasts.
* Ensure adherence to company’s sales policies, methodology and processes.
* Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in FX sales management.
* Skilled negotiator, capable of building and leveraging relationships with senior-level SMB customers.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a relevant sales role. Existing client network is advantageous.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members.
