Office Administrator (Shannon Co Clare) Key 2 Recruitment has been retained by a busy professional business in Shannon to recruit a Receptionist / Office Administrator.
The role is full time and hours of work will be 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
(May consider a 8am to 4.30pm) Company may consider part time role (4 Day Week).
Duties -Relevant experience in MS office.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
-Any experience/ understanding in professional services (Accounting practice / Legal practice etc) would be advantageous .
-Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with people at all levels.
-Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive attitude.
