Job Summary
The BDC Manager at Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. is a key position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Business Development Center and ensuring high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the Business Development Center
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
* Establish and manage processes to ensure smooth operations
* Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching
* Analyze customer data to increase sales and customer satisfaction
* Generate new business leads and increase sales opportunities
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns
* Update and manage website content
* Manage staff schedule and ensure adequate staffing levels
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
* Assist in other areas of the dealership as needed
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of the Auto industry
* Proven track record in sales/marketing management
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
* Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Compensation and Benefits:
The company offers an attractive pay structure with a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 per year, plus commission. Additional benefits include paid time off, health and dental insurance, 401(k) contributions, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
