Job description
Our client, a leading Packaging Company is looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant/Payroll to provide day to day accounts processing support within a busy office environment.
The primary focus of the role will be:
1. Accounts administration support
2. Accounts payable/receivable
3. Invoicing
4. Account reconciliation
5. Processing bank payments and reconciliations
6. Revenue returns (VAT, Customs and Excise)
7. Compiling weekly account reports in line with KPI’s
8. Reporting weekly and monthly data and information across the team as directed by Management
9. Administration procedures: Ensure the Administration area is supported by well documented procedures and review existing procedures regularly and update as necessary
10. General office administration and support to Senior Management as required
11. Assisting other members of the team as necessary and participating in various projects as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
Experience:
* Finance or accounts: 3 years (preferred)
