Receptionist and Office Administrator
On site role - Dublin City Centre
Salary: EUR30000 - EUR35000 per annum
Responsibilities:
* Monitor building access and maintain accurate records of visitors
* Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and prepare rooms in advance of meetings
* Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and take messages
* Co-ordinate with facilities management and order any necessary supplies for the office
* Assist in the organisation of company events and activities, as well as support senior executives' travel arrangements
* Assist with the implementation and monitoring of health and safety guidelines
* Manage ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar capacity, within a corporate and professional environment
* Strong experience in travel, meeting, and diary management
* Keen communication and organisational skills
