Recruitment Placement Coordinator
As a Placement Coordinator at Medforce/Futurecare, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that staffing needs are met across social care settings and homecare environments. You will coordinate placements by booking workers into shifts that match their skillsets, ensuring compliance with client requirements and best care practices. This position includes out of hours support. You will report to a Senior Manager and join a team that is full of flexibility and options for progression.
Key Responsibilities of the Placement Coordinator
* Respond promptly to telephone calls and emails from clients/employees, input shift information into our scheduling software, and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
* Manage inbound and outbound calls to healthcare workers, scheduling them into shifts across social care settings and homecare environments.
* Proactively contact workers to confirm their current and future shifts, encouraging ongoing compliance with company standards and policies.
* Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries, provide updates, and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Build and maintain professional, positive relationships with both employees and clients, acting as a trusted and reliable point of contact.

Qualifications and Experience
* Prior experience in scheduling, recruitment, or placement coordination is desirable.
* Familiarity with healthcare staffing for social care settings or homecare environments is advantageous but not essential.
