Job Title: Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Statements: Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
* Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, including income tax, corporation tax, and VAT.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial advice.
* Audit Support: Participate in audit processes, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and assisting in the preparation of audit reports.
* Management Accounts: Prepare management accounts and financial reports to support clients in their decision-making processes.
* Advisory Services: Provide clients with business advisory services, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
* Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations, ensuring compliance and advising clients on best practices.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior accountants and other team members, contributing to the overall success of the firm.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Education: ACCA (preferred).
* Experience: Must have at least 2-3 years experience in practice.
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Irish accounting standards and tax regulations.
* Software: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Problem-Solving: A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, with attention to detail.
* Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
