Procurement Manager
Due to continued growth, this highly acclaimed construction group requires a Procurement Manager to oversee the Buying Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchasing materials and labour in line with project requirements.
* Negotiating with new and existing suppliers.
* Appointing sub-contractors.
* Preparation of detailed budgets.
* Production of key management reports.
* Monitoring and reporting performance to Director.
Requirements:
* At least 10 years procurement experience with a main contractor.
* Demonstrable experience of managing a team of Construction Buyers.
* Strong awareness of procurement legislation.
* Excellent negotiating skills.
* Previous purchasing experience for large-scale projects.
