HR Advisor Role
We are partnering with a leading manufacturer to strengthen their dynamic HR team by recruiting an experienced HR Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional HR support and guidance to employees and management.
* Assist with strategic HR initiatives, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment law, and industry regulations.
* Manage recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, and conducting interviews.
* Issue contracts, onboard new employees, and support probationary reviews.
* Collaborate with the HR Manager in developing training programmes for new and existing employees.
* Track and maintain HR records, including training logs and performance appraisals.
* Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Keep the HRIS system up-to-date.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, gained within a similar role.
* CIPD qualification or working towards a CIPD qualification.
* Reliable, confidential, and trustworthy in handling sensitive information.
* Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges effectively.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant computer tools.
