Manufacturing Engineer
About the Role
* Demonstrate expertise in directing and coordinating the fabrication, installation, operation, application, maintenance, and repair of mechanical or electromechanical machines, equipment, tools, engines, and systems.
* Ensure the highest quality levels and industry standards are maintained or improved in the manufacturing process.
* Establish resource requirements and material flow using industrial engineering techniques and internal company standards.
* Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment to optimize performance.
* Evaluate mechanical products to determine their cost-effectiveness and efficiency, providing recommendations for improvement.
* Foster good teamwork in support of day-to-day operating requirements and business targets.
* Provide technical leadership on product and process issues, driving innovation and excellence.
* Take ownership of projects (value stream and cross-functional) as assigned by the company, ensuring successful outcomes.
Key Qualifications
* Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Science, or equivalent technical experience is required.
* Proven project management skills through the delivery of business-critical projects.
* 2-4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of ISO & FDA compliance.
* Able to work well under pressure, managing deadlines and delivering results.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
