Job Title: Administrator for Accounts Team
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrator to join our busy accounts team. This is a short-term assignment for 2-4 weeks with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Filter and sort through invoices
2. Update invoices in the in-house system
3. Manage client and billing information using MS Excel
4. Respond to general queries
5. Liaise with departments for query escalation and resolution
6. Perform data entry tasks
Requirements:
* Strong administration experience
* Previous accounts or finance experience is an advantage
* Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
* Availability for immediate start
* Excellent communication skills
