Our pharmaceutical client in North Dublin has an exciting requirement for an HR Specialist to join their team for a 6-month contract, working fully onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and continuously improving HR processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
1. Manage ongoing administration of all areas of HR across talent acquisition, resourcing, onboarding/offboarding, talent management & development, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, human resources information systems, and compensation and benefits.
2. Co-ordinate employee induction & onboarding/offboarding processes.
3. Input to monthly payroll and support the resolution of payroll issues.
4. Use of HRIS systems – Workday, Kronos, Visier.
5. Update HR data reports.
6. Participate in maintaining an accurate, audit-compliant job documentation system ensuring accurate and relevant job descriptions exist for all active roles.
7. Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with company and employment law.
8. Support HR projects and initiatives.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. 2 years’ HR experience ideally.
2. Proficient in Microsoft packages.
3. Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
4. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
