IT Helpdesk Technician Contract | €150/day | Limerick Our client in Limerick is looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide excellent customer service and technical support to their internal staff. This role involves responding to support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with various IT projects. Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and update software applications. Assist with the setup and support of network equipment and printers. Provide technical support for office equipment and meeting room technologies. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365. Experience with basic network troubleshooting. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
