Full job description
Our client is an established Developer with ongoing projects in South County Dublin. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee the completion of a high-end development in Dalkey. The project consists of detached, terraced, and apartment units. A trade background with previous residential experience is essential. You will work alongside the Site Manager and report to the visiting Contracts Manager. Salary depends on experience, typically ranging from €75,000 to €80,000, along with a transport package and bonus. Continuity of employment is offered in South County Dublin.
