Description
We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to support the implementation of our Product Model programme.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving organisational change, with experience in complex and varied environments. Retail experience is essential, as well as experience of product model type implementation at major organisations.
The role involves working closely with business leaders to understand specific needs, develop change management strategies, and design resources to launch and embed changes across the organisation.
About the Role:
* Collaborate with business leaders to understand specific needs and develop change management strategies
* Design and deliver Primark's change related work for the Product Model, including change impact assessments and learning needs analysis
* Provide pragmatic support to make change happen in our global organisation
* Lead small team of Change Pillar Leads to provide integrated change strategy and solutions
Requirements:
* Significant change experience gained through several complex and varied environments
* Retail experience – either working in or with FMCG, retail or management consulting for a minimum of 8 years
* Experience of product model type implementation at major organisation, or similar end to end system-led organisational change
* Ability to Engage, Inspire & Influence (at all levels)
