Job Title: Facilities Coordinator/Manager
Description:
The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities in our building/properties. This includes:
1. Managing work orders, coordinating, and documenting all tasks.
2. Assisting with RTB registrations, rent reviews, and administrative duties.
3. Tendering out service and utilities contracts annually and setting up service level agreements.
4. Monitoring, checking, and implementing high-quality services delivered by sub-contractors.
5. Reviewing, managing, and engaging specialist contractors and suppliers.
6. Carrying out safety and quality duties and action items arising from audits/inspection reports.
7. Using company software for reporting and recording purposes.
8. Bi-annual property inspections.
9. Creating adverts on relevant sites for advertising/coordinating viewings/coordinating turnaround of properties.
10. Ad Hoc Duties.
11. Ongoing site inspections.

* Experience with project management and budgeting desired.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years experience working as a Facilities Coordinator/Manager or an administration/banking role who would like to adapt their skills.
2. Diploma in property/facilities management or equivalent in work experience/a member of the SCSI or equivalent preferred.
3. IT experience and familiarity with systems.
4. Experience desirable for knowledge of electrical, mechanical, energy, H&S and fire compliance.
5. Hardworking, honest individual.
6. A full clean driving licence.
