Requirements
1. Diploma/Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering or Construction Management
2. 4+ years’ experience (preferably with a main Irish contractor)
3. Strong Setting Out/Levels experience - Total Station, Dumpy level, Laser level use
4. Services experience an advantage
5. Precast concrete frame/steel roof frame experience
6. Proficient in use of CAD
7. Building experience - Commercial/Industrial/Fit out
8. Punctual, Motivated, Team Player, Strong Communication Skills
Job Responsibilities
1. Support Site Manager/Project Manager with day-to-day functions onsite.
2. Liaise with the design team on construction issues including management of RFI and submittal processes.
3. Manage the effective control and flow of all technical information required on the project.
4. Implement, monitor and control of health and safety standards on site.
5. Carry out site inductions as required.
6. Manage subcontractors / general workforce on site.
7. Issue requisitions for materials & plant to our purchasing department.
8. Maintain the site diary / daily log activities.
9. Monitor and control quality / work standards on site.
10. Management of BCAR processes – Inspection closures, Ancillary Certs, Material certs.
11. Manage concrete quality, taking cubes / slump tests on site & recording results.
12. Setting out lines and levels as required.
