GPC Finance is excited to be working with a leading audit and accounting firm in Dublin.
Reporting into the Finance Director, they currently require a Bookkeeper to join the team.
Your role will be to assist in the day-to-day processing of financial information and production of reports for the Practice.
This position would suit an experienced credit controller.
Main Duties:
Posting of daily debtor cash receipts
Production of monthly debtor reports and dealing with all debtor queries
Preparation of daily and month end bank reconciliations
Posting of purchase invoices, creditor cheques and direct debits
Preparation of monthly creditor reconciliations
Dealing with creditor queries
Preparation of daily KPI monitor – Fee & Cash (actual V budget)
Preparation of month end KPI and performance reports
Ideal Candidate:
An individual who will work efficiently on their own initiative and who has the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to work.
Good communication skills.
Good computer skills (SAGE and EXCEL).
