Revenue Manager Job Description
We are seeking an established, innovative, and inspiring Revenue Manager for Moxy Hotel Dublin to join our progressive hotel group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute pricing strategies, inventory control, and distribution channel management to maximize revenue and Rev PAR.
* Forecasting & Budgeting: Analyse historical data, market trends, and demand forecasts to create accurate revenue projections and budget recommendations.
* Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and performance to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
* OTA & Channel Management: Optimize distribution channels, including direct bookings, OTAs, and GDS platforms, to ensure optimal mix and profitability.
* Group & Corporate Business: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to evaluate group bookings, negotiate contracts, and manage corporate accounts.
* Reporting & Analytics: Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Hotel revenue management
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Experience with revenue management systems (e.g., Marriott One Yield, Duetto, or similar RMS)
* Knowledge of distribution channels, GDS, and OTA optimization
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word) and data analytics tools
