Sales Executive Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to expand business opportunities in Northern Ireland and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify potential customers and update prospect databases.
* Generate leads through cold-calling and manage the sales process from initiation to closure.
* Follow up with inbound leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
* Develop a deep understanding of product offerings to provide tailored advice to customers.
* Maintain and grow existing accounts, including sales of parts and blasting abrasives.
* Conduct occasional in-person visits to demonstrate machinery to potential clients.
* Travel to Great Britain and other regions as required to develop distributor networks.
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
* Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to consult on machinery specifications.
* Ideally a degree in Business or Engineering.
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Experience in phone-based sales is an advantage but not essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Base salary negotiable based on experience.
* Transparent commission structure with OTE of €50,000-€55,000 in the first year.
